I reside in Southern California with my film teacher husband and have two adult children. I am an AUTHOR, mostly specializing in YA and Christian thrillers, with the occasional inspirational romance. I am also a PLAYWRIGHT of more than a dozen plays. I have been SPEAKING for the last few decades at many different venues (youth, addiction recovery, women's, conferences, services, and more). Most recently, I have started adding stand up COMEDY to my bag of tricks. You wanna laugh, yeah me too!
For the past five years, I have been researching GENERATION Z (those born between 1995-2010). I have had the honor of sharing my research at various conferences, schools, and businesses around the United States. Want to know how to engage your teenagers, I just might be able to help.
In addition, for the past nine years I have been an adjunct PROFESSOR for several colleges, teaching a variety of subjects (servant leadership, communication, writing, humanities, drama, and more).
A few more tidbits about me: I am a credentialed minister (I can marry and bury), I am a former YOUTH pastor and spent 25 years leading young adult fine arts and DRAMA teams. I am a U.S. Army Veteran, a cover artist, and doctor (no, not that kind of doctor...the Ph.D. kind).
